Carl Edwards is the previous winner of Dover International Speedway. He got the ninth-fastest practive time with 23.139 of an average speed of 155.581 mph. But just recently, Friday, Jeff Gordon and Jimmie Johnson leads the way on the NASCAR’s Sprint Cup first practice session. Gordon got 23.009 secs (average speed = 156.461) while Johnson got 23.084 secs (average speed = 155.592 mph).
