Major League Soccer (MLS) was founded on December 17, 1993. MLS is the premier men’s professional soccer league in Canada and the United States. Major League Soccer consists of fourteen (14) teams, thirteen (13) are from US and one (1) in Canada. MLS seasons run from March to November. Eight teams will battle to the the Championship round which is the MLS Cup.
