Most of his players were out: Hasan Salihamidzic, Gianluigi Buffon, Dario Knezevic, Jonathan Zebina, Jorge Andrade, Cristiano Zanetti, Zdenek Grygera, David Trezeguet, and Christian Poulsen.

On the other hand, Ruud van Nistelrooy, is now back for Real Madrid after he suffered from a knee injury. Team Coach Bernd Schuster said in the news that it will be hard for the team as well t win against Juventus because Juventus have played well in their last game. The only thing he emphasized is not to commit the same mistakes which they have on their last game.
